Rentals
Yes you absolutely can, fill out the quote sheet on the private events page and a coordinator will reach out to you!
We understand things happen. We offer a ran date with 364 days of the original booking. If rescheduled before the second payment the second payment due date will be moved to be within 7 days of new date. We do not offer refunds as when the dates are locked, we lose the opportunity to sell that date, and preparations are made. There is no penalty for rain dates.
Yes, you can. However, we asked that their rentals such as 360 booths or inflatables must be insured with that vendor.
We are completely wired for sound. Should you want to enforce the speakers we ask that you come in for a sound check to avoid delays the day of the event,
We kindly ask for more than 2 weeks notice, to ensure proper planning. However, emergencies happen and our event coordination team will be best equipped to see if we can host your event if it is under that window.
